Hickory Pond Inn dates back to circa 1783.
The Inn has 18 individually appointed guest rooms with King,
Queen or twin-sized beds. Our rates are seasonal and very
attractive and include our expanded continental breakfast.
We serve assorted cereals, fresh fruits, juices, toasting
breads, jams, granola, yogurt, coffee and teas.
We are centrally located in the Seacoast Area
and ideally situated for leisure travelers and business people
alike. The University of New Hampshire is only 5 minutes away
and 15 minutes from us you will find historic Exeter; the
quaint seaport town of Portsmouth; shopping venues at the
outlet or Fox-Run Malls; or New Hampshire's 18 miles of beautiful
beaches.
Our Amenities include:
- Wireless / High-Speed Internet access
- Color TV with Cable in each room.
- Air Conditioning in each room.
- Alarm Clock in each room.
- VCR and large selection of Movies on site.
- Desks in several of our rooms.
- Copier available at the front desk.
Our Policies:
- Check-in time - after 3 PM
- Check-out time - 11 AM
- Our rooms are non-smoking but smoking
is permitted in certain locations on property outside.
- Cancellations require 72 Hours advance notice, except for Holidays and Weekends, which require 2 weeks notice, and for UNH Graduation & Parents Weekend, we require 1 month ( a non refundable deposit of 1night's stay is required).
- For UNH Graduation and Parents Weekend, a two night minimum stay is required.
- For Holidays and local Special Occasions we reserve the right to increase rates.
- Long-Term Rates are available on request - off season-$800, in Season-$1,400.
- We have 10 Dog-friendly rooms for an additional fee of $25 per animal, per stay. House rules and pet resources available upon request.
